Production Timeline

Our products are handcrafted with care and precision, which requires time.
Small Lamps: Ready within 4-5 days.
Large Lamps (15 inches or more): Production takes approximately 2 weeks.
Bulk Orders (5 or more lamps): Production time may extend by 1-2 weeks depending on the size and quantity, with a total timeline of 2-4 weeks.

Delivery Timeframe

Once your item is shipped, delivery typically takes 5 to 15 days, depending on the courier service and border conditions.
Regular mail: 10-15 days
FedEx: 5-7 days

Custom and Personalized Orders

Each piece we create is unique and individually crafted. While we replicate the style, technique, and color shown in our listings, an exact replica is not possible—this is the charm of handmade craftsmanship. No two items are ever identical, making your purchase truly one-of-a-kind.

Customs Duties and Fees

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred upon delivery. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before purchasing.

Order Cancellation and Returns

If you decide to cancel your order after delivery:
Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation.
The return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Goods must be returned in their original condition; any loss of value resulting from handling beyond inspection purposes will be deducted from the refund amount.
Custom-made items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production has started.

Refund Policy

Upon receiving the returned items in their original condition:
We will refund the full amount, including the original standard shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of their return.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

If a Parcel is Returned to Us

In cases where a parcel is not collected and is returned to us:
We can resend the parcel, provided the customer covers the additional shipping costs.
If reshipping isn’t preferred, we will deduct the shipping cost from the total amount paid and refund the remaining balance.
We take great care in manufacturing, packaging, and shipping to ensure your satisfaction. However, if a parcel is returned due to the customer’s inability to collect it, shipping fees are non-refundable.

We aim to recreate the design and essence of the displayed model, but slight variations in texture, shape, and finish are part of the beauty of artisanal ceramics.
